This page explains what happens to your data when you use the Triple website. It is written in plain language and describes what this site actually does, not what similar sites do in general.
The only data we collect is what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service and budget if you select them, and your message.
We also keep a short-lived technical marker derived from your IP address as a hash, purely to stop the form being submitted repeatedly by automated scripts. It is not linked to your message and is used for nothing else.
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, which countries they come from and which pages get read. The purpose is improving the site, not tracking individuals.
It sets cookies in your browser to tell a returning visit from a new one, and records the page you viewed, how you arrived, your device type and your country. Your IP address is not stored in full — Google truncates it before logging, so it cannot be traced back to a person.
We also record three events: clicking a WhatsApp button, clicking the phone number, and submitting the contact form. What is recorded is that the event happened and on which page — not your message or your number.
To opt out entirely you can install Google's official browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
The contact page embeds a Google Map. Opening that page connects your browser to Google's servers, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. That is outside our control and governed by Google's privacy policy. No other page on the site loads the map.
For one purpose: replying to your enquiry and discussing your project. We do not sell your data, do not share it with marketing parties, and do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
Form messages arrive in the company mailbox and are stored there. Only the members of our team who handle client enquiries have access.
The site is hosted on a commercial hosting environment. The provider keeps standard server logs, as any site on the internet does; those are outside our direct control and governed by the provider's own policy.
We keep client correspondence while a working relationship exists or is being discussed. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time, and we will unless a legal or accounting obligation prevents it.
To exercise any of these, email us at the address on the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
The site links to external websites and app stores from the portfolio pages. Once you follow one, that party's own policies apply and we are not responsible for their practices.
If we add any tool that collects further data, we will update this page and the date above in the same change.
