Social media management

The Triple team working on a project

We manage social accounts on a content plan built around what your audience cares about, not around filling a calendar. The aim is that people know and trust you before they need you, so when they do, your name comes first.

An account posting daily without a plan burns time and budget and returns close to nothing. Follower count on its own means little if none of them are potential buyers — a thousand interested followers beat ten thousand passing ones.

We will also tell you which platforms you should not be on. You do not need to be everywhere: a strong presence on two beats a weak one on five.

What you get

A monthly content plan

A clear calendar of what goes out, when and why, approved by you before the month starts. No surprises and nothing written at the last minute.

Design and copy

Designs consistent with your identity and copy in your audience's real language. We account for the difference between Egyptian and Gulf tone rather than using one text for everyone.

Short-form video

Reels and TikTok shot vertically and edited for the platform. Short video is what the platforms distribute most today, and ignoring it means ignoring most of the reach available.

Publishing and engagement

Posting at the right times for your audience, replying to comments and messages during working hours, and monitoring what is said about your brand.

Photography when needed

Shoots for products, the team or the premises, because real content from your own place consistently beats stock imagery.

A monthly report

Reach, engagement and follower growth — and more importantly, how many messages and site visits came from the accounts.

Reputation handling

A structured response to negative comments and reviews, using an approach agreed in advance rather than improvised mid-crisis.

Account ownership

All accounts and passwords in your name, with publishing done through management tools using granted access, so you lose nothing if you change who runs them.

How we work

  1. Reviewing where you are

We review your accounts and three competitors': what the audience genuinely engages with and what passes unnoticed. That is the starting point instead of guesswork.

  2. Platforms and tone

We pick the platforms your audience is actually on, and write a tone-of-voice guide every post follows even as the writer changes.

  3. Building content pillars

We set four or five recurring themes for the content, so the accounts stay varied and consistent at once, and the ideas do not run dry after two months.

  4. Production and approval

We prepare the month's content and present it in one batch, so you review in a single sitting rather than daily.

  5. Publishing and engagement

We publish to the calendar, watch engagement daily, and reply according to an agreed response guide.

  6. Review and adjust

Each month we look at what performed best and steer the plan towards it. The plan is a living document, not a decision made once.

Platforms we manage

  • Instagram and Facebook: the foundation for most sectors in Egypt and the Gulf
  • TikTok: for wider reach and younger audiences
  • LinkedIn: for business-to-business services, hiring, and building the team's reputation
  • Snapchat and X: in the Saudi market specifically, depending on the business
  • YouTube: for longer content and explainers that stay searchable for years

What drives the cost

Social management is a monthly service, and its size is set by:

  • Number of platforms Each platform needs content in its own format and tone, and copying the same post everywhere reduces the result on all of them.
  • Posts per month The most obvious line. We propose a realistic number that can be sustained at consistent quality, rather than a large number that degrades after two months.
  • Content type Static design costs less than video. Short video needs shooting and editing, and is both the highest impact and the highest cost.
  • Photography Monthly or periodic shoots are a separate line, depending on your location, product count and the kind of shots needed.
  • Message handling An account receiving ten messages a day is not the same as one receiving two hundred, and that changes the team size required.
  • Languages Content in Arabic and English means two written versions, not machine translation, because literally translated copy reads badly.

The management fee is separate from any paid promotion budget. If you want to boost posts, that is an independent line we agree clearly.

Common questions

  • How many posts do I need per month?
Quality and consistency matter more than volume. For most businesses 12 to 20 posts a month split between design and video performs well. Daily posting of weak content does more harm than good, because it trains your audience to scroll past you.
  • Does follower count matter?
Far less than people think. What matters is engagement and the share of followers who could actually buy from you. An account with a thousand followers in your city outsells one with fifty thousand in countries you do not ship to.
  • Do I need paid promotion or is content enough?
Organic reach on Facebook and Instagram has fallen sharply in recent years, and good content alone rarely grows an account at a reasonable pace. The usual mix is consistent content plus promotion behind the best-performing posts.
  • Who replies to customer messages?
We answer general enquiries using a guide agreed with you and pass on anything needing detailed product or pricing knowledge. Response speed directly affects sales, so we commit to a defined reply time within working hours.
  • Do you need photographs from us?
We always prefer them. Real content from your premises and your team clearly outperforms stock imagery in both engagement and trust. If none is available, we arrange a shoot or work with graphic design.
  • What if we get negative comments?
We prepare a response guide with you for likely situations before they happen, so nothing is improvised under pressure. The general rule is a calm public reply, then moving details to a private message, and not deleting comments unless they are abusive.
