We host and maintain the sites and systems we build, and others: a properly configured server, backups that are actually tested, and monitoring that alerts us before a client calls to say their site is down.
Cheap hosting looks like a saving until the first outage. A site down on a Friday with nobody answering costs more than the whole annual price difference. What you are really paying for is not disk space but who answers and how fast, and whether a working backup exists.
And to be clear: we are not a hosting company and do not sell plans at volume. We run and monitor a limited number of projects carefully, and if yours needs bigger infrastructure than we provide, we say so and point you to what fits.
What you get
A server configured for your project
The right PHP and database versions, appropriate memory and upload limits, and caching. No defaults, and no sharing resources with a hundred other sites.
SSL certificate and renewal
An active certificate, forced HTTPS redirection, and automatic renewal that we monitor. An expired certificate is a common and entirely avoidable cause of sudden downtime.
Tested backups
Daily file and database backups stored off the server itself, with restores tested periodically. An untested backup is not a backup — it is an assumption.
Round-the-clock monitoring
Checks every few minutes that alert us the moment the site stops responding. In most cases we know about an outage before you do.
Professional email
Email on your own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC records configured — the records that keep your messages out of the spam folder.
Security updates
System and plugin updates applied regularly after testing, rather than left to an automatic update that might break the site or frozen until they become an open vulnerability.
Baseline protection
A web application firewall, login attempt limits, blocking of common malicious requests, and periodic scanning for suspicious files.
Support with a known response time
A direct WhatsApp channel with an agreed response time and clear escalation for critical cases. You know in advance when we will respond rather than waiting without information.
How we work
Sizing the need
Expected traffic, the nature of the site, and database size. We do not sell you a bigger server than you need, nor put you on a plan that will choke in two months.
Setup and hardening
We prepare the server, set versions, permissions and protection, and enable the certificate, backups and monitoring before moving anything.
Migration without downtime
We move a full copy and test it on the new server before switching the domain, so the transition goes unnoticed. We perform the switch during low-traffic hours.
Post-migration verification
We confirm every page opens, every form arrives, every redirect works, and mail sends and receives. We do not call a migration successful just because the homepage loads.
Running and monitoring
We watch performance, disk and resources and act before a problem becomes an outage. The monthly report shows uptime and any incidents.
Periodic review
Every few months we check whether the resources still fit, and recommend an upgrade or a downgrade honestly based on actual usage.

Server typeShared hosting is cheaper and enough for most brochure sites. An active store or an internal system needs an independent server with guaranteed resources.

Common questions
Can you migrate my site without downtime?
In most cases yes. We move a full copy and test it on the new server before switching the domain, and perform the switch at a low-traffic hour. There is a short period while the domain change propagates worldwide, and visitors normally do not notice it.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us within minutes and we start investigating immediately. If an update or change caused it we roll back to the last good copy; if it is the server, we deal with it directly. We tell you what happened and why, not just that it is fixed.
How often are backups taken?
Daily for files and database, stored off the server itself. For busy stores we increase the frequency. More importantly we test restores periodically, because many people discover their backups are corrupt at the exact moment they need them.
Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes. If your hosting is technically suitable we work on it and do not ask you to move. We review it first and tell you if it will hold your site's performance back, and then the decision is yours with full information.
Is the domain in my name?
Always. We register the domain to your company and give you full access. Registering a client's domain to the agency is a common and bad practice that holds you hostage, and we do not do it.
What is the difference between hosting and maintenance?
Hosting is where the site runs. Maintenance is keeping it healthy: updates, backups, security review and fixing what comes up. You can take hosting alone, but a hosted site without maintenance turns into an open security hole over time.
