We work on your visibility in search in a way that holds: technical fixes, content that answers real search intent, and local SEO for businesses with a physical presence. No bought links, no tactics that put your domain at risk.
The only ranking worth paying for is the one that survives the next algorithm update. Shortcuts produce a quick jump and then a collapse, and recovering from that is harder and more expensive than doing the work properly from the start.
We will also tell you when SEO is not the answer. If you are launching a new product and need sales within a month, paid advertising is faster. SEO is an investment that pays back after months and then keeps paying; anyone selling it to you as an instant fix is not being straight with you.
What you get
A full technical audit
Load speed, crawl errors, duplicate pages, broken links, heading structure, robots file and sitemap. You get a list ordered by impact, not by problem count.
Real keyword research
Terms your customers actually search, sorted by intent: people learning, people comparing, and people ready to buy. We start with the last group.
Content built on intent
Pages that answer the question the searcher arrived with, not text stuffed with phrases. Google now measures searcher satisfaction, not repetition.
Local SEO
Your Google Business Profile set up properly, consistent details across directories, and a dedicated page for each city you serve. This is what puts you in the map results.
Structured data
Schema for your business, services, FAQs and articles, so you can earn rich results that take more space on the results page.
Clean link building
Mentions on sites genuinely related to your field, and content worth citing. We do not buy links or use blog networks, because their temporary benefit is not worth the risk.
Monthly reports you can read
Rankings for the terms we target, search traffic, best-performing pages, what we did and what comes next — in language that does not need a translator.
Watching Google updates
We monitor each core update's effect on your site and respond, rather than discovering a drop three months later.
How we work
Audit and baseline
We inventory where you stand: what you rank for today, where traffic comes from, and where you lose to competitors. Without a baseline no improvement can be proven.
Technical fixes first
We start with what blocks crawling, indexing and speed, because excellent content on a site that cannot be crawled is wasted effort.
Mapping keywords to pages
Every target term gets one page that serves it, and we identify the pages that are missing. This stops your own pages competing with each other.
Producing content
We write or rewrite pages and articles in priority order, with internal links that push authority towards what matters commercially.
Building authority
We work on brand mentions on relevant sites, local directories, and content that attracts references naturally.
Measure and adjust
Each month we review what moved and what did not, and redistribute the effort. SEO is recurring work, not a project that ends.
What we use
Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 as the primary source of real data
Keyword and competitor tools to estimate volume and difficulty
Crawl auditing tools to find technical problems across the whole site
PageSpeed Insights and Core Web Vitals to measure page experience
What drives the cost
SEO is a monthly service rather than a one-price project, and the monthly workload is set by:
Site sizeA ten-page site differs from a store with thousands of pages, both in the technical audit and in monitoring indexation.
CompetitionRanking for a term contested by ten local sites is a different job from one contested by regional brands with large budgets.
The site's current stateA technically sound site needs content. A site with structural problems needs months of repair before anything shows.
Content volumeHow many articles and service pages we write each month is usually the largest line, and it can be tuned to your budget.
Cities and marketsTargeting Cairo alone differs from targeting five governorates or two countries, because each needs its own pages and local signals.
LanguagesA bilingual site means two keyword plans and two content structures, not just twice the translation.
We suggest a six-month minimum commitment, because judging results before that is premature and misleading for both of us.
SEO for Arabic and English sites
Most of our clients sell in Arabic and English, in Egypt and the Gulf. Bilingual SEO is not a translation of the same page: people search differently in each language, and Google treats each version as a separate page.
Arabic spelling variantsPeople type the same word several ways (ة/ه, أ/ا, ى/ي) and mix Arabic with English terms, so keyword research has to capture every form that has search volume.
Dialect or formal ArabicSearchers often type in Egyptian or Gulf dialect while competitors write formal Arabic. We use the words people really type without making the page harder to read.
hreflang and site structureEach language gets its own URL, linked with hreflang, so Google shows the Arabic page to Arabic searchers and the English page to English searchers.
Local marketsTargeting Cairo, Riyadh or Dubai needs local pages, local signals and a Google Business Profile, not just the city name in the text.
Month by month: what to expect
SEO results build in stages. This is the usual path for a site that is technically sound or fixable:
Month 1A technical audit, a baseline report, access to Search Console and Analytics, and the keyword map we agree with you.
Months 2–3Technical fixes go live, service pages are rewritten around search intent, and the first articles are published. Impressions usually rise before clicks do.
Months 4–6Pages climb first for longer, less contested searches, and the first enquiries from search arrive. We move the effort to what is moving.
After six monthsCompetitive commercial searches become realistic, and SEO turns into your cheapest steady source of enquiries compared with ads.
SEO packages and pricing
Our monthly SEO plan is on the pricing page with exactly what it includes, and you can pay for it online. Larger sites, stores with thousands of products and multi-country projects get a written quote after a free review of the site. Message us on WhatsApp to start.
Common questions
When will I see SEO results?
Technical fixes can show within weeks. Ranking for commercial terms is usually 4 to 8 months depending on competition and domain age. Anyone promising results in a month is either targeting terms nobody searches or using tactics that will hurt you later.
Do you guarantee page one?
No, and nobody can guarantee it honestly. Google does not sell organic rankings and does not publish its algorithm. What we guarantee is the agreed monthly work and a transparent report on it, with results measurable against specific terms we agree at the start.
Do I need a blog?
In most fields, yes. Service pages serve people who know what they want to buy; articles reach people who are not there yet. But a blog with no plan and no updates does harm rather than good, so we do not propose one in every case.
What is the difference between SEO and paid ads?
Ads bring traffic immediately and stop when you stop paying. SEO takes months and then continues at a lower cost per visit. The usual best answer is both: ads cover the period while SEO matures.
Do you buy links?
No. Buying links is an explicit violation of Google's guidelines and can trigger a manual action that removes your site entirely. We work on mentions from sites with a genuine connection to your field — slower, safer and more durable.
Can you work on my current site or do I need a new one?
We audit it first and tell you honestly. Many sites can be fixed. But if a site is structurally slow or built in a way that blocks indexing, spending an SEO budget on it is waste — and we say so even when it means selling a smaller engagement.
How much do SEO services cost in Egypt?
SEO is billed monthly, and the amount depends on the size of the site, the competition, the volume of content and the number of markets, as explained above. Our standard monthly plan is on the pricing page; for larger projects we send a written quote after reviewing the site.
Do you work with companies outside Egypt?
Yes. We work with clients in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the UK, in Arabic and English, remotely, with the same monthly reporting.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (we set them up if you do not have them), a list of your services and priority markets, and your main competitors. We prepare everything else.
Do you do SEO for online stores?
Yes: category and product page structure, product structured data, duplicate pages created by filters, and page speed. Store SEO has its own problems, covered in our guide to ecommerce SEO (in Arabic).
