CRM systems

The Triple team working on a project

We build customer relationship systems that fit how you actually work, rather than forcing you to change how you work to fit off-the-shelf software. The goal is that your team knows at any moment where every customer stands and who owns the next step.

The most common reason CRM projects fail is not the software — it is that the team does not use it. A system needing ten clicks to log a call will be abandoned within a month no matter what it can do. So we design around what your team does daily, not around a feature list.

We always start with one question: do you need a custom system, or will a well-configured off-the-shelf one do? Many companies are served perfectly by the second at far lower cost, and we say so plainly even when it means a smaller project for us.

What you get

One customer database

Every customer's details and contact history in one place: calls, messages, quotes and orders. No scattered spreadsheets and no information living in an employee's phone.

A sales pipeline

Clear stages from first contact to closed deal, so you can see where deals pile up and where they leak away.

Automatic lead assignment

New leads distributed to representatives by rules you set — round robin, territory or service type — with alerts when follow-up slips.

Capture from every channel

Your site forms, WhatsApp and ad campaigns wired straight into the system, so no prospect is lost between platforms.

Tasks and reminders

Every deal has a next step with a date and an owner. The system reminds, and the manager sees what is overdue without having to ask.

Precise permissions

Each employee sees only their own, managers see everything. That protects your data when the team changes and stops your customer base walking out the door.

Management reporting

Deals per stage, conversion rate, performance by representative, and which lead sources produce the best quality. Numbers decisions get made on, not just displayed.

Team training

Practical training sessions and short written documentation in Arabic. A system the team has not mastered is worthless however good it is.

How we work

  1. Studying the current workflow

We sit with the people who will actually use it, not only with management. The representative is the one entering the data, and if it does not suit them nothing gets entered.

  2. Designing stages and fields

We define the sales stages and the fields each one needs, and delete every field no decision is made on. Surplus fields are the first cause of abandonment.

  3. Building or configuring

We build the custom system or configure the off-the-shelf one as agreed, connect the channels and set the permissions.

  4. Migrating existing data

We move your data from spreadsheets or the old system and clean out duplicates, because migrating existing mess simply produces new mess.

  5. Piloting with a small team

We run the system with a limited group first and adjust based on their real usage before rolling it out to everyone.

  6. Rollout and follow-up

We train the rest of the team and watch the first month: who is using it, who is not, and why — then fix the cause rather than the symptom.

What we work with

  • A custom system on Laravel with MySQL, when your sales cycle is not standard
  • Configuring off-the-shelf systems such as HubSpot or Zoho when they meet the need at lower cost
  • Integration with WhatsApp Business, site forms, and Meta and Google campaigns
  • Reporting and dashboards inside the system, or export to the analysis tools you already use

What drives the cost

The largest divide is between configuring an existing system and building a custom one. After that:

  • Sales cycle complexity A three-stage cycle differs from one with multiple quotes, approvals, negotiation and contracts.
  • Users and their roles Every role needs its own permissions, screens and reports, and the number of roles matters more than the number of users.
  • Integrations Connecting accounting, inventory or an ad platform needs development and testing for every conflict case.
  • Data migration How much old data there is and what state it is in. Organised data migrates in days; scattered data in mixed formats needs manual cleaning.
  • Reporting requirements Standard reports are included. Reports specific to how you measure are built one at a time.
  • Training and support Team size and branch count determine how many training sessions and how long the intensive support period runs.

The proposal separates build cost from monthly running cost, and states licence fees clearly if the solution uses an off-the-shelf platform.

Common questions

  • Do I need a custom or an off-the-shelf system?
If your sales cycle is largely standard, a well-configured off-the-shelf system is faster and cheaper. A custom system earns its cost when you have processes the standard ones cannot express, or when monthly per-user fees exceed the build cost over the long run.
  • How long does a CRM take?
Configuring an existing system with channel integration and data migration is usually 3 to 6 weeks. A custom system is 10 to 20 weeks depending on the number of modules. We start with the most important module and get it live before completing the rest.
  • What about our existing spreadsheets?
We migrate them, standardise the formats and remove duplicates. This stage usually reveals that some data is incomplete or stale, and we agree with you what gets migrated and what gets archived rather than moving everything.
  • Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Representatives mostly work away from a desk, and a system that cannot be updated from a phone will not be updated. We make sure logging a call or moving a stage takes as few steps as possible on mobile.
  • Who owns the data?
You do. In a custom system, the application and database sit on your server or one in your name. In an off-the-shelf system, the account is in your company's name and the data can be exported in full at any time.
  • What if the team refuses to use it?
That is the real risk, not the technical one. We address it two ways: involving the users in the design from the start, and deleting every field that does not serve a decision. If entering a deal takes more than a minute, the problem is the design, not the team.
