Online stores

The Triple team working on a project

We build online stores that actually sell: a product page that answers the buyer's questions before they ask them, a cart that does not lose them halfway, and an admin panel you run stock and orders from without needing us.

When a store does not sell, the problem is rarely how it looks. It is usually weak product photography, too many checkout steps, shipping costs that stay hidden until the last moment, or a site that crawls on mobile data. We work through those in order, because they are what separates a visitor from a buyer.

We work on ready-made platforms like WooCommerce, Salla and Shopify, or build a custom store when the product demands it — selling surfaces by the square metre, say, or products with configured options that off-the-shelf platforms cannot express.

What you get

A product page that sells

Multiple zoomable images, a description that explains use rather than only specifications, a clear price, stock status, and the returns policy where the buyer sees it before deciding.

A short path to checkout

We cut checkout to as few steps as possible, with guest purchase available. Every extra step costs you a share of your buyers.

Local payment gateways

Integration with gateways that work in Egypt and the Gulf, cash on delivery where it suits your market, and error messages a customer can actually act on.

Real shipping costs

Rates by city or weight, carrier integration where available, and the cost shown early rather than at the final step.

Stock management

Quantity tracking, automatic hiding when an item runs out, low-stock alerts, and support for variable products like size and colour.

Abandoned cart recovery

Automatic reminders by email or WhatsApp to customers who left a cart behind. This alone recovers a meaningful share of lost orders.

Store SEO

Clean URLs for every product and category, Product and AggregateRating structured data that put price and availability in the search result, and category pages that can rank rather than just filter.

Sales measurement

Google Analytics and Meta Pixel wired to commerce events: product view, add to cart, begin checkout, purchase. Without these no ad campaign can be measured.

How we work

  1. Understanding product and market

How many products and variants, who buys and from where, and what shipping and payment look like in your market. Those answers pick the platform before anything else does.

  2. Choosing the platform

We recommend one and explain why honestly, including its monthly cost and its limits. Not every store needs a custom build, and not every store is served by a ready-made platform.

  3. Building the store

We build the storefront, product and category pages, cart and checkout, connect shipping and payment, and test every failure case before a real customer finds it.

  4. Loading products

We upload a first batch and set up the category and variant structure, then train your team to add the rest correctly the first time.

  5. Testing a real purchase

We run genuine purchases from different devices through to the order landing in the panel and the customer notification, because breaks in that chain only show up in practice.

  6. Launch and follow-up

We launch and stay through the first weeks, then review with you where buyers actually stop — based on the data, not on impressions.

Platforms we work on

  • WooCommerce on WordPress: best when you want a blog and a store in one place with full control
  • Salla and Zid: best for the Saudi market, with payment and shipping already localised
  • Shopify: fastest to launch, with a fixed monthly cost and limits on deep customisation
  • A custom store on Laravel or Next.js: when the product forces pricing or configuration logic the ready-made platforms cannot handle

What drives the cost

Stores vary in cost far more than brochure sites, because the gap between fifty products and five thousand is a real structural difference:

  • Products and their variants A product with size, colour and quantity is not one product but dozens of combinations, each with its own price and stock.
  • The platform A ready-made platform is cheaper to build and more expensive monthly. A custom store is exactly the reverse, and the choice depends on how long you intend to run it.
  • Payment and shipping methods Every gateway and every carrier is integrated and tested separately, and some need approvals and commercial documents on timelines outside our control.
  • Content entry Uploading products, writing descriptions and preparing images is a large line that is often overlooked. We say up front whether it sits with you or with us.
  • Accounting or inventory integration Syncing stock and prices with an existing system is a project in itself, and needs careful handling of conflicts.
  • Languages and markets A store selling into both Egypt and Saudi Arabia needs two currencies, two shipping policies and two languages, which doubles setup and testing.

Our quote gives you the build cost and the expected monthly cost together, because showing only the first hides half the picture.

Common questions

  • How long does an online store take?
A store on a ready-made platform with a limited catalogue is usually 4 to 6 weeks. A larger or custom store is 8 to 14 weeks. Loading products is normally what extends the timeline, not the development.
  • Which platform is best for my store?
There is no universally best platform. Selling in Saudi Arabia with payment and shipping ready out of the box makes Salla sensible. Wanting full control and a strong blog points to WooCommerce. Wanting the fastest launch and accepting a monthly fee points to Shopify. We recommend one once we understand your product and your market.
  • Can customers pay on delivery?
Yes, and it still matters in the Egyptian market. We set it up as an option that can be limited to certain cities or capped at an order value, because enabling it without limits pushes up returns.
  • Will my store appear in search results?
We build it with clean URLs and structured data so price and availability can show in the result. But competition on product terms is fierce, and appearing there takes sustained work on descriptions, category pages and supporting content.
  • What about abandoned carts?
We switch on automatic reminders from day one. Abandonment rates are high in every market, and recovering a portion with a well-timed message is far cheaper than buying a new visitor through ads.
  • Can I run the store myself?
Yes, and that is the point. You get the admin panel with training on adding a product, changing a price, following orders and updating shipping status. If you would rather not, we can run the store for you as a separate monthly service.
